PROGRAM FOR HARDCORE STUDENTS
SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEBANGSAAN BANDAR UTAMA DAMANSARA (4), Bandar Utama, Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.

ACEVENTS MALAYSIA was invited for few sessions during the Perkhemahan Perdana:Khemah Ibadah, SMK Bandar Utama Damansara (4), held at Kem Belia, Bukit Lagong, Selayang on the 27-29th June 2010. The participants of this program were 40 selected male Malay students ranging from Form 1 to Form 5. Through out 3 sessions held by ACEVENTS Malaysia, it is not the ‘hardcore’ issues that was brought up, but a group of amazing students who were searching the real inner strength and talent, which were not truly exposed. Along the journey here, we try to feed them with the most basic rules for them to uphold and in due course, emerge as the best soon.

Praise be to Allah SWT, the teachers were also impressed to learn that, these students, given the room to upshine, shows an incredible participation and commitments throughout the programs.

And for that, together, we’ll look forward for another program for them during the month of Ramadhan, insya Allah. Team ACEVENTS Malaysia delivers again..the best for all of you.

MOTIVATION 3 :
SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEBANGSAAN AGAMA, SHEIKH HAJI MOHD SAID, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

For Hostelliers. : “COMMUNICATION ORGANISATION’

Almost 400 hostelliers of SHAMS, attended a specially designed 3 sessions program jointly organised by Unit Bimbingan Kaunseling SHAMS lead by Counsellor Puan Norazmah and ACEVENTS MALAYSIA.

The program were conducted within 3 sessions, namely ‘Communication Organisation 1:The Preparation’, ‘Communication 2: Colleague’ and ‘Communication Organisation 3 : Pride & Honor’.

As always the first stage of ‘The Preparation’, participants were given a brief explanation about their own characters, to know and to understand, as character readings are the basic foundation of ACEVENTS programs. As the core essence of hostelliers are their relationship one to another, the second session briefly extended the morale of friendship and terms among colleague, aiming to enhance their communication and understanding between one to another, especially when they are living together in one dorm.

And finally, the final session stressed on the pillars of oneself, of pride and honor. The importance of making changes within oneself and towards one another, shall then create a new climate within the community itself. These shall be a symbol of adherence to all rules and regulations, in order to upbring the model of success community. And as always, our ‘touching’ session wrap up the day for another program at SHAMS.

For Form 1 Year 2010. : “MIND MAPPING’
110 Form 1 Students, forming the new breed of young generation of SHAMS, were there, in a 2 and a half hours session organised by ACEVENTS MALAYSIA to explore the beauty concept of “Mind Mapping”. The session were conducted within 3 sub-session, namely ‘The Preparation’, ‘Effective Study’ and ‘Mind Mapping’. Going through the first stage of ‘The Preparation’, they were given a brief explanation about their own characters, to know and to understand, as character readings are the basic foundation of ACEVENTS programs. After a 10 minutes break, they were given some tips of effective study as to form the inner strategy of being a smart student. And finally, the brain and mind structure were explored to enable them to practised the concept of Mind Mapping in group and individually. Their participation, attention, cooperation approves their quality to emerge as the best among the best soon or later, and ofcourse , with the application of Mind Mapping through their entire learning stages, they will achieve those aims and the unthinkable..

For Form 6 Year 2010 : “SELF MOTIVATION’

8.30pm the same day, ACEVENTS MALAYSIA was given a special slot of 2 hours with the super-seniors of SHAMS, the Form 6 students. Approximately about 60 of them turn up, and enjoy the session with character readings being in the opening, and our ‘touching session’ at the end. Among others, they were given some scope and points, to understand the pillars of Form 6, the strength of these super-seniors, comparing to those entering IPTA’s or IPTS’s . They were made to know that, being in Form 6 is none others than, stepping into the prequel of the higher learning stages, though still within the compound of a school environment , but the syllabus were of those highest in achievements, and not being the omitted behind the rest of the achievers. ACEVENTS MALAYSIA are really proud addressing them throughout the session and shall look forward to meet them one day at the next level of achievement.

Summer Camp 2009 : Kem Serai Manis 2009

They have fun, they enjoyed, and they promised to come again for the next summer camp. The participants left the camp venue at 5pm 17th December 2009 and safely arrived at their homes, some from Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur and Perak, before midnight the same day. They brought back some memorable moments, some new things to learn, a new networking of friends, and such an experiences and adventure in a program.

Kem Serai Manis 2009 designed a story of it’s own. From the beauty scenery of Perak Riverside Resort facing the well-known Sungai Perak, up to fun wet adventure at Bukit Merah Laketown Water Park, the participants enjoyed a series of activities through out the days.

They managed a model make-over, they solved Sudoku Puzzles, they completed crosswords for clues and finally they create their own design of ‘fruits arrangement’. Last but not least, to add the final emotions from excitement, enjoyment, adventure, mind games and wet thrill, tears confirmed their missing thoughts towards their parents at home..

Leadership & Team Building Camp

A Leadership & Team Building Camp for Hostel’s Committee personnels of Perak Matriculation College was succesfully organised at Kuala Kangsar recently. Though, with the drizzling weather, through out the day, this 3 days camp went smoothly, with a solid participation from the energetic, bombastic, sporting participants, all of those, the hostel’s commitee members. Eventhough, a scheduled flying fox and abseiling activities within their ACES Adventures activity, cannot be set up due to the weather, they still sung, they run, they cook, they act and they still produced the final dishes, but on top of all laugh n joy, teardrops make the last impact.. all of these adding to the joy n fun of this leadership & team building camp.

Mini Group Gathering

A mini gathering for a group of Tagged friends was organized on February 1st, 2009. The task was given to ACEVENTS team. About 40 pax turned up and the event begun at 12.45pm with a special buffet lunch, followed by a speed dating session and fun quiz. By 5pm, most of the participants headed straight up to the Bowling Alley where they competed in a mini tournament.

ACEVENTS introduces a specially designed program dedicated for those students who would be facing an uphill task in any upcoming major examinations. This is a program of its kind, which involves a solid participation from students and their respective parents in one program.

The program is a continuation of a smart camp or any other exam oriented motivation module as in this program, the utmost final part of the inner preparations of these students, before stepping in into the exam theater or exam hall, non others than the blessing from their mother and father..
